By accessing or using RustSeek, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping that harms our systems, no attempts to break security, no spam or abuse of alerts, and no unlawful content or activity.

We may restrict or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

If you create or use an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Server listings and game-related data may come from third parties or public sources and can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of server information, or that tools will meet your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RustSeek and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information shown here.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
